Support team sharing a positive working moment together

Join a values-led supported living team

Concept Support is building its founding team, from a registered manager and nominated individual through to support workers, with people who care about dignity, everyday independence, safe routines, and person-centred support.

Roles we are recruiting for

Help us build a safe, well-led service from the start

As Concept Support prepares for Care Quality Commission registration, we are looking for experienced people to help shape the service and lay strong foundations for the people we will support.

Registered Manager

An experienced manager to lead day-to-day support, safeguarding, quality, and compliance, and to hold CQC registration as the service grows.

Nominated Individual

A senior representative to provide oversight and accountability on behalf of the provider as we prepare to register with CQC.

Support Workers

Reliable, values-led support workers to help people maintain their tenancy, build daily routines, and stay connected to their community.

Bank and relief staff

Flexible staff who can provide consistent cover and build trusted relationships with the people we support over time.

Role fit

Who supported living work may suit

Supported living work suits people who are calm, reliable, respectful, and ready to follow clear safeguarding and recording standards.

This may suit people who

  • Want to support people to live with dignity, choice, routine, community connection, and person-centred goals.
  • Can follow safeguarding, confidentiality, medication, behaviour support, and recording procedures once trained.
  • Are comfortable with shift patterns, lone-working arrangements, travel, or location expectations once these are confirmed.

This may not be the right route when

  • An applicant is not ready for safer recruitment checks, safe recruitment questions, training, references, or role-specific conduct standards.
  • There are no active vacancies and the team is only accepting expressions of interest for future roles.
